- After you buy our product at Jmarine in your favorable currency, the currency may fluctuate up or down in the time that passes between your purchase at Jmarine and credit card company charging you.
We are unable to adjust this amount and any amount that customers may lose or gain to the currency rate fluctuation.

- Japanese Bank Transfer
- Bank transfer is available for all customers paying in Yen.
Bank transfer enables you to pay directly to Jmarine. Jmarine will not charge you extra for paying by Bank transfer, however your bank may charge you to complete your transaction. Please note that you are responsible for paying any such fees on top of the total amount stated at the checkout.
We recommend to put the order number as the reference for your bank transfer, or in the notes of your bank transfer. This will enable us to release your goods faster. If we do not receive payment within 14 days of placing the order, your order will be canceled.
Please note, if the incorrect amount has been paid, the funds will not be automatically matched to your order. We strongly advise to pay the amount as shown on your Jmarine order (including any postage).We will request your preferred bank details if a refund is required. Your bank might deduct a refund processing fee, unfortunately we do not have any control over these charges.
